FS: Thinkpad T40 $0 (for parts / repair)

I acquired this T40 recently but found that it has some problems. The screen, keyboard, etc, are all in very good shape -- but the laptop freezes occasionally while in use. I'm reasonably certain that this is not an OS/driver issue. It could be bad RAM, or a bad fan, etc, but I don't want to spend any more time on this (have a new W530 arriving soon).

Other items of note -- 512MB RAM. 1024x768 screen. 40GB hard drive. Intel 2100 wireless. Lid is a bit scratched and dirty but looks like it will clean up nicely. The A/C adapter has a small electrical tape repair covering up a spot of exposed conductor, but is working fine. The battery is weak and will last only 25 minutes or so. Optical drive seems to work fine. Windows XP key sticker is in place. Drive will be wiped before I ship.

Cover the cost of shipping (+ any Paypal fees) and it's yours. USA only on this -- I don't want to deal with international shipping on a giveaway item.
