DVD Burner in Ultra Base for X230

I have a X201 with an Ultrabase. Would like to know if I can reuse the DVD burner from this old ultrabase in a new ultrabase for the X230.

The DVD is marked as Serial Ultrabay Slim with a part number of 45N7453.

Yes, i have both x230 and x201 and x200, i didn't order my 230 with a dvd, using existing from x200/201
