Outlook 2003 question

OK some of you may remember me mentioning "Uunderboi" my LD now almost 11 year old son. As part of his organizational skills tools, I was planning on loading the Outlook Appointment reminders with things he needs to remember.
Went in and loaded everything till the end of the year for "0" minutes at 8am.....................

Expected to have 4 or 5 reminders this afternoon....got nothing.

What did I do wrong?

I found and tried that fix. Ill mess with it more this weekend.
