No, it is an ATI M10-64 Radeon 9600 with 64MB videoRAM.
It's also missing the protective cover over the RAM chip.
But it would fit. If it works OK is another question...

No.

Radeon 9600 has 64MB VRAM while Fire GL T2 has 128MB VRAM, that is the main difference between the two.
