Why is this not considered Thinkpad hardware?

Will there be a group set up for this or do I post in the x1 forum?

Because one of the moderators doesn't like it, and she's got the ability to create/organize the categories.

Well that sucks. It's a really good laptop.. really really well built!!! This def is a thinkpad.
