thinkpad x230t questions

just got my thinkpad x230t recently
its awesome almost like a portable desktop you can write on
and i'm starting to play with hardware for the first time

honestly i'm having trouble finding screwdrivers to fit
1/4"x4" screwdriver is too big
3/16"x4" screwdriver only works with 1 screw
what screwdrivers do you use to open the x230t?

should i attempt fitting a 9mm or get this 7mm?
is a 9mm better and can it hold more?
will the ultrabase series 3 or battery slice fit after it?
