W520 Display Coating

The display on my W520 appears to have some kind of coating that is coming off. There are blotchy places which can be seen with the display is off. My W520 is only 6 months old.

I converted your picture to a link. As a general rule around here, any posts with pictures in them should have a disclaimer in the title stating so and we'd prefer it if the file sizes was kept under 50K.

Did you call support and see what they've got to say?

I'm sorry about the picture, thanks for converting it to a link.

I haven't called support yet. I did e-mail a friend who works for Lenovo in their quality function.
