Hi all,

please I would liket to know if it is possible to put more thant 2 Gb of Ram on Ibm T43

It is possible to put more than 2GB in a T43 nowadays since there are larger modules. But, due to the Intel 915 chipset limitation, addressable memory will never be more than 2GB. So it would be a foolish waste to install more.

2GB is Max.

No...

Easier and cheaper to move on up to a T61 or newer model that supports more RAM, if you really need it.

Intel made the 915 chipset with a maximum of 2 GB.
