T400 no boot - error 0210: stuck key 6A

Hey there, I have a T400 which does not boot - Instead i receive 2 short beeps with the following 'error 0210: stuck key 6A' - this only began about 2 weeks ago - I have checked all bottom screws with no luck - any help would be most grateful, thank you -dnev
