Can't reboot after hibernation

Hello!

I am having a problem with my new ThinkPad. When I shut the lid or tell it to sleep or hibernate, it will not turn on again. I get a black screen, and it beeps if I touch any keys. I force it to shut down, but upon restart, I get a blue screen.

Help? At least it shuts down and turns on quickly.
