I need to buy an 64GB SSD.
Which one is better - C C300 or any similar size intel SSD?
Which intel, if that?

The good Intel drive is the 520 series or the 330 series. I'm not at all a fan of the later Crucial drives.

I'd go for the Intel SSD. I have a 520 in my T420 and it's a very nice drive. Previously had an Intel x-25m g2 in my T410 and X61 and that worked very well too.

I used the 64GB version of C300 in both my SATA-modded T43p and my CF-W7 ToughBook and loved it.
A great drive if you can find an unused one for a few quid.

I used a Crucial M4 in my desktop, they're great drives. I use a SanDisk Extreme 120GB now and it's even better.
I'd recommend either the SanDisk Extreme or the Samsung 830. Both are great drives.
