Hello all,
I bought and installed an SSD on my computer. When I put it to sleep (standby mode) it goes to it fast, the sleep led (with the little moon on it) gets on. However after a few seconds the computer comes back to normal mode and then the battery drains, it also gets warm if I put it in the bag. So I wonder if there is something incompatible with SSD (Samsung 830 + ssd magician) and win7 ?
Thanks !
Sleep fails after installing SSD
Re: Sleep fails after installing SSD
I've had the same problem. If you don't run the magician software after you boot up sleep will work fine. I only have a sleep issue after I run it and even after I close it. Until I reboot again. There's no reason to run it unless you are doing something specific.
