Bad quality along with bad repairment in ThinkPad

The quality of ThinkPAD is totally ruined. The return representive guy is just ask you hold for more than two hours. What worse is that the repair guy always ask you to wait for three weeks or more!

BAD_ThinkPAD_Quality+Bad_ThinkPAD_Post_Sale+Worst_ThinkPAD_Repair=???????

This is my repair process, I am still waiting!!!!
