Driver for 32MB Radeon 9000 for T41

Looking for the proper driver for 32MB Radeon 9000 for a T41 2373 Thinkpad for XP Pro OS. Tried the one from Lenovo support site and can't get it to work right.

After downloading and extracting the driver, you must go into C>Drivers>Win>Video and run the setup file from there.
