What pre-installed software to keep on an x230?

I just got a new Lenovo x230. Lenovo seems to have pre-installed significant amounts of software (See the pic below). Some I obviously want to remove like the Norton Internet Secuirity Suite but with others it is hard to know their utility.

Is it worth it to totally reinstall windows and all drivers?

Which of the Lenovo specific software it worth keeping?

Are there any recommended bags and/or sleeves for the x230?
