Trying to repsond to PM

I have a message (actually 3 copies of it) I woudl like to respond to but for some reason it stays in my outbox and I am unable to send it. What am I doing wrong?

T-60 7200, 2GB Ram, Atheros "N" card, 8744-5BU, T-42

It will stay in your Outbox until the recepient reads it, then it will move to "sent".

Ok. Seems odd that it does not move into sent whe I have sent it.
