What is going on with Lenovo's website? E.g. http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/detail. ... PAD-MATRIX
I've been waiting for over 10 minutes now.
Is this a Firefox 15.0.1 problem?
Ever since they screwed it around, it's an awful pain to get on ANY page there!
No other website is so slow!

The Lenovo support web site is very slow for past few weeks. Usually it takes 15 seconds to get the page start to load.

Internet Explorer 9 loaded this page in 3 seconds, both times that I tried. Perhaps it's a good time to switch back to IE, which has been really good since version 8.

I agree that it has declined but can't say approximately when since it is my reasonable expectation a major site wouldn't have such problems. It happens to me regardless of the browser or the platform.

Firebug shows it is always a particular instruction line in a jscript that has a 90second timeout defined and it seems to take the entire 90 seconds sometimes.

Netcraft doesn't report any web server or load balancing migrations as of late and support.lenovo.com has been running the same OS for the past year or maybe longer.

Interestingly, it is the only subdomain in the Lenovo family that uses Citrix NetScaler load balancers while the rest use seamless load balancers or F5's.

Citrix has recently released a significant upgrade of NetScaler and migrations can always expose incompatibilities.
