X61 7762 with Atheros AR5212 in Lion 10.7.5 | Not detected

Hello everyone. First post, long time reader. I have an X61 7762 thinkpad that I installed Lion 10.7.5 on. Most everything works fine except for the internet. I have worked several days, sometimes all day... and formatted several times, and I still cannot get it to work, at all.

A little history: I was running Snow leopard 10.6.6 and it works perfectly. The Airport works fine and detects the card as an Atheros AR5212, Internet works great. It also works OOB in Windows 7, and Ubuntu 12.04 with no configuration. I can stick that HDD drive back in and the airport still works great.

So I bought a new SSD and a copy of Lion (it downloaded as 10.7.5) and proceeded to install using tonymacs unibeast. Most things work fine. It is fast and smooth... But I cannot get the internet to work, at all. I could not begin to list the things that I have tried. Kext after kext, I even bought a USB RLT8188CU but it is not working under lion either.

At this point I have tried everything that I know to try and have read the articles here about lion and X61, and they have helped... but no internet.

Does anyone have any pointers on this? Please

Could you post your kext in S/L/E and /E/E.

I stayed with 10.7.3 for a long time. never get 10.7.5 running successfully.
