Flash T430 bios?

I was having problems with the Realtek wifi card that came with my t430, so I got an intel centrio 6300 from new egg, which I assumed would work since you can configure the t430s with them on purchase. But alas, apparently because it's not lenovo branded the bios won't accept the 6300. So someone suggested flashing my bios.

How exactly would I go about this?
