Gemalto Smartcard R/W with T42 & XP

Anyone have the proper drives and utility for this? I remember using a smartcard system with truecrypt on an HP back in the day, but i cant get it running with this combo. In a nutshell, i saved the encryption key on the smartcard and without the card the computer would lock on the Truecrypt pre-load screen.

The card is this on: http://www.usmartcards.com/card-readers ... ct500.html and the T42 in my sig.

Ideas?
