Can't upgrade or extend warranty from IBM website

anyone know why i can upgrade or extend warranty service in web site which doesn't provide T42 series on their list? (They do have T20, .....T40, T41(p), T43(p)

An other question, one [ctrl] key of keyboard has been broken in my opinion. It easily drops away from keyboad. I just wonder if i need replace whole keyboad or just one key? Is that free or not for EzyService in warranty

Free keyboard replacement with EZserv...
Just call them and they'll send you a new keyboard

You won't be able to pop the key back on. It is technically possible, but IBM won't expect you to try. Just call them at (800) IBM-SERV.

Are you in the US? Please update your location information in your profile.

For warranty extention, call Customer Service at (877) 999-7115. Not sure which option number you want.

Just select the same numeric series T41 or T40 as you have, in this instance 2378.

The warranty upgrades cost the same across model lines based on the series number.
