LF: T60(p) 15.0'' 4:3

Thinking about getting a 15-inch 4:3 T60/T60p in decent condition.

Requirements:
Reasonably good cosmetic condition, no cracks / other significant damage.
No damage to structure frame.
Good hinges with no play.
Good motherboard, good fan.

Core 2 Duo preferred but not necessary.
2GB or more RAM preferred, but no RAM is also fine. (I have way too many 512MB DDR2 sticks.)
WWAN upgradable is preferred but again not necessary.

Hard drive not necessary.
Screen doesn't matter. No / broken LCD is fine as long as cable / inverter / etc is working properly.
No preference over Intel/ATI GPU.
