Where to buy fan (fru 45N5490)?

Hi,

I have a T500 with CPU fan that has become gradually louder and louder over the course of the last week and it seems pretty clear that it is failing. Anyway, I've resigned myself to swapping in a new fan, but I'm having trouble finding a seller who is both reasonably priced (< $60) and located in the United States. There are a number of decent prices from sellers in China but I really can't wait 3 weeks to get this machine up and running again, it has a lot of data that I use daily. So, where do you guys buy your parts from? (aside: I've already replaced the fan once on this machine, about 18 months ago. Has anyone else had a similar experience? It's very frustrating)
