T61 screen advise needed

I'd like to upgrade the XGA screen from my 4:3 T61 to SXGA+. So far I got the the following panel candidates from the Wiki page:

- Samsung LTN141P4L02
- BOE-Hydis HT14P12
- TMD-Toshiba LTD141EN9B

Any special panel recommendation? Can someone point the strengths/weaknesses from the models above? I guess there may be newer models not listed in the Wiki as well.

None of these panels are OMG but I think you know that already.

My order of preference would be Toshiba, then Hydis and lastly Samsung.

Thanks George for the reply. Yeah unfortunately I know those are average panels, but I don't like XGA resolution in 14.1". I think chances of a new 4:3 model not listed in Thinkwiki are low, right?

Personally I think that the Toshiba is the best one. I've upgraded a couple of XGAs to that SXGA model and it seems reasonably bright.
