It took Acer three weeks to even check my warranty claim and another two months to actually "fix" the computer. Took them two tries and six months, but eventually they got it sorted. Dell, lost my computer and couldn't find it for close to four week weeks plus another three weeks for repair. My EEE PC was serviced three times and no fault could be found despite the fact the the [censored] thing had such an acute case of coil whine that it sounded like a dying jetplane.
But Lenovo, they just send out a tech, no questions asked. Congratulations, you just got yourself a another lifetime customer...
