hello, guys, one ibm technical representative just give me a new-released firmware update, hope it helps to solve the fan issue

- (Fix) Adjustment for CPU thermal sensor error.

Have anyone installed this? Hope this will fix the issue..

Yes, I did. No, it didn't stop the fan running all the time
