Just out of curiosity...

I see somebody selling LCD screen for laptops on ebay. There are 14.1" with UXGA resolution for sale. I try to find out if those LCD are usable for T4x series, but it looks like there is no such information available. I heard that one might also need a converter in order to connect to different LCD panel.

By the way, I don't think I would dare to replace my LCD because it will certainly void the warranty. However, many the information will be useful if one got dead pixel on their LCDs or something like that...

So... any comments or suggestions?

maybe air..?
never heard of a 14 inch UXGA display..
but then i don't know everything..

but i DO know that if it does exist i would not try to get it working on anything but an older thinkpad that i do not depend on..
