X220 Product Recovery stuck on "processing cdrivebackup.swm"

I'm trying to restore my X220 to factory state using the CD/DVD restore discs I created before the wipe, but the process is getting stuck at "processing cdrivebackup.swm" after it finishes copying everything off all the discs. Both the "processing cdrivebackup.swm" progress bar and overall progress bar are close to finishing when it appears to hang.

Has anyone else run into this type of problem?
