TPFC setting on T23

Since this question is specific to the T23, I thought I would post it here.

I was trying to figure how to control the fan on my T23 with TPFC.
It "seems" that the T23 only has 3 levels of fan control; off, slow and fast
I set TPFC to manual, and went from 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7
0 = 0 rpm
1 is about 2200rpm
2 no change
3 is about 4700-4900
4-7 no change

Is this correct for the T23?

Based on what I found, I set it to
Level=50 0 (fan OFF)
Level=55 1 (fan slow speed)
Level=65 3 (fan high speed, I think the fan is running at max speed)
Level=70 7 (I don't know if it does anything, I just put this in as it is the max number on the manual speed)
Level=80 128 (I don't know if it does anything, I thought this was a max speed indicator for the BIOS)
