IIRC, tak in Norwegian is thank you. That sums up most of my Nordic language skills.

Nope, Norwegians spell it "takk", Swedes spell it "tack" and the Danes say "tak". Used to date this girl from northern Denmark, Aalborg, I believe... The pronunciation is almost the same btw.

Kinda like how this is a topic on a games bargain... and it instantly became a multi-cultural topic.

Great bargain though-I'm not a fan of those games though... I may buy Metro 2033 though. I hear that game's kinda good.
Trying my hardest to collect Thinkpads, but college and being broke kinda gets in the way. However...

Yep, the pronunciation for that word is pretty much the same, but in general, I rather like this: http://satwcomic.com/language-lesson :)

Personally, I think Norwegian just sounds like over-pronounced Danish, and I can't get anywhere with Swedish (to say nothing of Finnish!).

(I grew up with Danish)

Keep in mind, this bundle is neither indie nor open source nor DRM-free -- so if you're used to the previous bundles supporting small and/or open source developers you might want to be aware of the change.

Well.. Supporting THQ isn't bad since they make some very nice game, and are nearly bankrupt :)

Yes, but you can do that just by buying their games elsewhere, no?

I guess I thought the Humble bundle idea was to support indie and open-source developers -- that's why I bought the games in the past at least.
