Hi,
I've got a X220 laptop, and been trying to figure out whether to just give up on R&R, or what. Between old backups not being readable by the newer versions, and some functionality just not working - files/folders selected to be "excluded" from the backup to save space get backed up anyway.
I ran into a reference to a new version 4.5 - but the only information that I could find was a systems document for rolling it out on networked images, etc.
I'm just looking for a good tool that allows me to create versioned backups, and to easily restore the entire disk, like R&R is supposed to do.
Apparently I could update my system to R&R 4.5 manually, but I don't want to do that if it's no different...
Thanks for any knowledge that might be out there!
Best,
Aletia
