Screen Size Adjustments with Multi-Monitors

I have a T420s (1600 x 900) hooked up to two 1280 x 1024 external monitors.

The default size on the 1600 x 900 is too small for me, so I increased it to 125% in the Control Panel\Display setting.

However, Windows 8 seens also to be changing the two external monitors to this larger size.

Is there some way to get the two external monitors displaying at 100% size and only magnify the T420s?
