My x220 tablet doesent come into sleep mode and shot down

Hello everyone, I have a X220 tablet, when I try to turn it into sleep mode closing it or through the start app it doesent do it but it turns compleatly off and when I turn it on it shows the black screen like when your turn off the laptop in the wrong way. Is there any thing Im doing wrong? Thank you for your help. duriko1

Make sure you have the latest version of the Thinkvantage power manager. I updated this software on my W520 and it solved similar problems. The version I updated to is 6.36.
