Looking to buy Panasonic 9 cells battery for my beloved T60. Used is also good as long as cycle number is low.

I have many 9 cell batteries, several are panasonic. I'll check the cycle counts and message you later tonight or tomorrow, but you should understand that the cycle count isn't nearly as important as the charge capacity.
