I've got an X41 Tablet that has recently developed the problem where it won't start unless you unplug the AC adapter and remove the battery and hold down the power button for a while. Then when you replace the battery and plug it back in it will start but after you shut it down the next time you try to start it you'll have to go through the same procedure. Any ideas on a fix?
Figured it out....bad battery. If I plug in the AC adapter without the battery installed everything works great.

Re: X41 Tablet XP starting problems
OK, It's still having problems. It's starts and shuts down fine as long as I run it plugged in without the battery installed but now it will just shut down without warning, no error messages, it just shuts down. Any ideas?
