setting up x41t in linux/kubuntu

#1 Post by tintin13 » Sun Dec 09, 2012 10:03 am

I'm trying to make the screen buttons work but can't get it sorted.

The problem is that the screen buttons don't generate a hotkey code with acpi_listen.

I've googled a fair amount and have tried quite a few options but nothing is working. Does anyone know how to get the buttons working ? I'm a fairly new linux user, so go easy on me

Nope, Win7

I don't recall all the details, but it was (at that time at least) not possible to make the buttons work out of the box, there was a lot of manual input needed and I was just too lazy ;-) I'm sure the Ubuntu forums may be of help...
