how to access T30 = forgot password

#1 Post by syrenab » Wed Dec 12, 2012 5:13 pm

My grandson set a password in BIOS to access his T30. Instead of using password easy to remember, he used a weird combination, whuch he has forgotten.
Is there any way to get into his laptop, to remove password?

Public discussions of password circumvention, especially when it comes to BIOS passwords, is prohibited by the forum rules.

The only advice that can be given is the same which IBM originally offered: change the motherboard.
