Weather.com reports yesterday's high in Stockholm, Sweden was 28°F. During the past week it actually got above freezing (34°F) for three days in a row. I would suppose that constitutes a heat wave for Sweden this time of year .

Lol, no. We have a heating problem in my building. All heaters are stuck on full because something killed central control. Doesn't matter what you set it heater unit to, 0-8, its on full. I'm at my parents house now anyway so it doesn't really matter. If I know my landlord as well as I think I do, it should be fixed by June next year...
