WTB: SSD for X300

I've got an X300 laptop that needs an updated SSD. The 64gb is just too small. Looking for the best quality and size SSD 120gb and up that works with this. If you've got an Intel X18-M that would be awesome but I'll even take a Toshiba or Samsung if the price is right for the size... Max budget is $200.00. Let me know what you've got! Need this ASAP!
