Can anyone summarize briefly how to configure for ease and security 1)CSS, 2)limited vs administrative XP users 3) POP, 4) windows login password?

Can Password manager handle windows XP limited user? The lock icon is in the tray but won't do anything. I can use Password manager while on the internet only by going on the internet as an XP administrative user, which I thought is not a good idea.

This can be fixed: the UVM manager logs onto windows, goes to control panel, and uses the IBM CSS administrator utility to add a UVM user. Doesn't matter whether user is limited or administrator.
