haha, waiting for my thinkpad to come in the mail is like waiting to open my christmas presents when I was younger...but, with an even longer wait...

does it feel like this for anyone else or am I just a weirdo??

I guess it's the same for everyone. I remember back in college, I checked the order status page, and later the tracking site every 5 seconds. Then I spent hours in front of the college's post office waiting for the UPS truck to show up. And finally, on the day I got it, I skipped all my classes, went back to my room, and spent the rest of the day with my new T40.
