T60 Replacement Screen Manufacturer

I am about to order a replacement screen for a T60 (2613-ECU, 14.1" SXGA+), and for various reasons I'd *prefer* not to have to take out the existing screen right now to look at the part number.

There are three parts available at the store I am looking at - according to the Thinkpad service parts list the difference is the manufacturer:
13N7059: Manufactured by Samsung
13N7061: Manufactured by BOE-Hydis
13N7063: Manufactured by TMD

My question is: Do I have to get the same model that is currently in the machine, or are the three parts above interchangeable? If I don't have to get the same model, does anybody here have a favorite manufacturer from the above 3?

All of the listed panels are interchangeable.

My personal preference list would be TMD>Hydis>Samsung.
