hello,

i just recently found out about this old thinkpad. now i want one if i can find it in working condition. also would need to look for how to upgrade the ram to the max supported (approx 320mb i think) so that winxp can run better.

also battery life is important, looking for one with at least a working battery for 30min or so. will look for replacement batteries once i know i can get the device from somewhere out there....

all places i look seem to be sold from 2-3 years ago. is the going rate for one of these still in the $100-$200 range ?

I just bought a new battery for my TransNote last week. The cheapest I found it for was $80 from Energy +. Everywhere else was $100 or more.
