can the card drive the monitor at 1024x768@ 150 hz assuming the monitor supports that refresh rate? i ask because i have win7 installed so no ati panel.

if it can do 150 hz then ill install xp on this laptop.

I am pretty certain it can do it, I was playing IMDB movies @ 1920x1080 on my TV today, with my ATI 9600, which means the RAMDAC can do 2 Mpixels per second, which is what you are asking for.
