Update: Parts found and bought. Thanks to mr.motoring!

Specific FRU's for the parts I'm looking for are:

42R9984 Bracket, N/B, fan discrete/integ.
42W2021 Bracket, VGA, fan discrete/integ.

Colored red in the picture below.

According to various sources these are included in "System miscellaneous parts", FRU 42W3649. I can buy the whole bag if needed.
