T61 Wifi/CPU/Memory

I bought a friend a 15.4 inch wide screen T61 Nvidia 140 graphics. Installed the BIOS to allow SATAII/Allow analog or digital thermal sensing for CPUs/disabled the white list for wifi cards.

I upgraded to 4 gigs of ram from 2, installed Corsair Force GT 240 GB SATA III/6G SATA 6.0 Gb-s 2.5-Inch Solid State Drive installed windows 7 home premium 64 bit

First question:
The current wifi card is 802.11G although had three antenna cables going to it. What is THE BEST replacement for that card to achieve 802.11N speeds?

Second question:
What is THE BEST CPU that I can replace the stock 2.0 GHz CPU with? Is it the Intel Cpu Core 2 Duo T9500 2.60Ghz Fsb800Mhz 6Mb Ufcpga8 Socket P Tray?

Third question:
Can the system recognize 8 gigs of ram if I install two 4 gb sticks?

1) Intel Ultimate-N 6300
2) Intel T9500 or Intel X9000. Best value for money though is the T9300.
3) Yes. To use this you will also need a 64-bit OS.

It can use a half height card with an adapter.

Will any half height to full height adapter work? I do not have an ebay account. I am looking at a couple on amazon. Will any adapter fit? Anyone have a specific adapter that they know works?
