W700 warranty 3 service calls

I have had three service calls to fix my W700, all unsuccessful. Reported problem on December 6, 2012. I need my unit running! What are my options now, replacement unit?? what???

Could you tell us a bit more? It's very difficult to say what your next move should be without knowing the full story...
