USB 2.0 and 1.0 ports, or just 2.0?

Just a quick question; got no results on a search.

My T500 has three USB ports on the side. Are all of these USB 2.0 or mixed 2.0 and 1.0? If they are mixed, which is which? Thanks.

All of them are USB 2.0, which are completely backwards compatible with 1.0 and 1.1
