UK X60 - Winodws 7 default drivers vs. Lenovo drivers?

And the Lenovo drivers I should download from the US or UK site? One by one? All of them? The US site seems more up to date. I also heard about the Lenovo System Updater, but also heard it's not the most up to date. I also don't need any crapware, just the bare essentials.

Can you give more context? What are you trying to do? What OS are you running?
ThinkPads owned so far: 701C, T40, 2 x T60, X60 Tablet, T410
