380Z not working with Dock?

A few days ago, I bought a dock off eBay. It was listed as 100% working, along with an AC Adapter. I got it today, and hooked it all up and docked the ThinkPad and hit the switch.....

....Nothing on the monitor. The computer itself turns on, but that's it. If I undock it and hook the monitor and AC adapter up to the computer directly, it works fine.

Is there something I am missing that I'm not doing? And yes, it's the correct dock. It's the one that says it will only work with my model and the 560Z.
